Succession Planning Best Practices (virtual)
Thursday, February 24, 10:00 am – 11:30 am – Register Here For Free!
As an executive director or board leader, you want your efforts to last long past your tenure but a great transition requires advance planning. Join us for a workshop that will help you develop a solid plan to support your organization when you leave, whether that is in 12 months or 12 years. Taking the time now to create a sustainability and succession plan will make those transitions smoother and with less interruption of services. Not only that, this planning will lighten your workload now.
This interactive virtual workshop includes:
The key parts of a comprehensive succession plan
Tools to use to prepare for a transition
A pre-succession planning organizational assessment
Common succession pitfalls
Resources and templates to use for developing your own plan
Bonus: each organization in attendance is eligible for one hour of free succession plan coaching with Ingrid.
Since this is an interactive session and a sensitive topic, this session will not be recorded. Be sure to mark your calendar to attend live!
