Building Your Next Leaders Workshop
As a nonprofit executive director or board leader, you want your efforts to last long past when you are leading your organization. Join us for a workshop that will help you develop a solid plan to support your organization when you leave, whether that is in 6 months or 16 years. Taking the time now to create a sustainability and succession plan will make those transitions smoother and with less interruption of services. Not only that, this planning will make your job easier right away.
This engaging workshop includes:
- The key parts of a comprehensive succession plan
- Long-term leadership development planning
- How to bring up succession planning with your board or executive director
- Resources and templates to use for developing your own plan
As a bonus, each organization in attendance will get one hour of free succession planning coaching with Ingrid.
